At The World's Yours, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must:

Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

Have all original tags attached.

Be returned in their original packaging.

Be free from marks, stains, odours, or damage.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrect:

Gift cards.

Personalised or custom-made products.

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

Any item that has been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email info@theworldsyours.co.uk with:

Your order number.

Your full name.

The item(s) you wish to return.

The reason for your return.
Once your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to stock availability.
If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we'll issue a refund once we receive your returned item.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photographs of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request to cancel it for a full refund.
Once your order has been shipped, it must be returned in accordance with this policy before a refund can be processed.
